Triathlon South Australia’s, Coach Of The Year in 2023. Chris combines his Triathlon Australia accreditation with accreditation as an Exercise Scientist and Exercise Physiologist. Chris’s unique ability to deliver training programs that match the demands of a sport, and the unique considerations of an individual, combined with 20 years of triathlon experience have placed him as an industry leader.

A Triathlon Australia Accredited coach, exercise scientist and life-long competitive athlete across cricket, hockey, and endurance sports. Dave has more than 20 years experience working with a wide range of athletes and sports through coaching. As a professional coach, Dave has honed his skill and focus toward triathlon and endurance sports coaching since 2013.

A Triathlon Australia Accredited coach, Age Group Triathlete and endurance sports enthusiast with over a decade of experience in the world of endurance sports. His coaching approach is rooted in experience, particularly the challenges of balancing a busy work, social and family life with training objectives. With Tim's guidance, Flow athletes can expect to safely excel in their training and achieve their individual goals.

Anu Francis (Coach)
Triathlon South Australia’s 2023 Female Athlete of the Year, Triathlon Australia Accredited coach, and final year Exercise Science student. Anu combines her lived experience as a current elite triathlete, with her studies in coaching, exercise science and education. Anu’s coaching is evidence-based and athlete-centred, enabling athletes of all backgrounds, abilities and goals to thrive.
